1. General
Inclined Labs AB, with registration number 559036-4765 (the “Company”), offers flying time to individuals in the inclined part of the Company’s wind tunnel in Stockholm as an experience, and the Company offers coaching and instruction in the sports of wingsuiting, ski jumping, tracking, bike fitting, and alpine sports training, as well as performance measurements, testing, and analysis related to these activities. The Company’s offering is referred to as the “Services”. The purchaser of the Services shall be referred to as the “Customer” in these Terms and Conditions. If there is any uncertainty regarding these Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall contact the Company for clarification.
2. Restrictions and prohibitions
The website inclined.ws describes the applicable restrictions and prohibitions for the Services. The provider would like to point out to the Customer that the stated flight duration is only an estimate.
3. Insurance
The Customer of the Services will be insured against any injuries that may occur in connection with the Services.
4. Vouchers
The Company sells vouchers for the Services. Vouchers can be purchased via the booking system available on the website inclined.ws.
Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase, and the Customer must book an appointment before the voucher expires. If the Customer has not booked an appointment before the voucher expires, it is considered used and non-refundable.
5. Cancellations and rebookings
Reservations are binding. Individuals may cancel and rebook, but no later than ten days before the reserved date.
A medical certificate will be accepted for rebooking if the Customer has fallen ill or been injured.
For groups of more than eight Customers, and for reservations of full hours (together Block Purchases) rebooking and cancellation must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled flight time. Block Purchase Customers are not entitled to a refund if the cancellation is made later.
An administrative fee of 10% of the total amount will be charged for rebooking Block Purchases.
6. Right of withdrawal
If a Customer who is a natural person wishes to withdraw from a purchase made through the Company and the Services has not yet been booked, the Customer has the right to withdraw within fourteen working days from the date of purchase. If the purchase was made through one of the Company’s authorised dealers, the Customer must turn to the authorised dealer to cancel the purchase.
For Block Purchases, cancellation terms in section 5 apply.
7. Stolen or lost voucher
In the event of a stolen or lost voucher, the Customer must notify the Company immediately. The Customer will receive a new voucher if they can confirm the purchase. In such cases, an additional administrative fee will be charged.
8. Specific offers
The Company will occasionally offer time-limited offers. These time-limited offers are subject to special terms and conditions, which are described in each time-limited offer.
9. Purchase confirmation
The Company confirms purchases via email sent to the Customer.
10. Complaints and liability
The Company is liable to the Customer in the manner described in these general terms and conditions. All complaints or claims must be sent to info@inclined.si.
11. Force majeure / Act of God
The Company shall be exempt from liability to the Customer if it is unable to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control or ability, which the Company could not reasonably have foreseen and whose consequences it could not reasonably have prevented or overcome. The Company shall likewise be exempt from liability if it is unable to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances attributable to a third party, or as a result of a natural disaster, lightning strike, power outage, labour dispute, war or other unrest, fire, new or amended legislation or directives from an authority, disruption of external telecommunications, or similar circumstances.
12. Changes
The Company reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions without prior notice due to internal reasons or requirements from authorities. The changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on the website inclined.ws. The Customer is requested to familiarise themselves with the content of the general terms and conditions on a regular basis.
13. Personal data
In connection with the Customer’s order, the Customer agrees that the Company may store and use the Customer’s personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with the Customer and for receiving news and offers. In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer has the right to receive information that the Company has registered about the Customer. The Customer has the right to request correction or deletion of incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant information. In this case, please contact info@inclined.si.
The Customer consents to the sharing of the Customer’s data with the Company’s various subsidiaries and affiliates, for the purposes of allowing the Customer seamless access to the Company’s international facilities, making the Customer aware of news, offers and promotions associated with the Company’s international facilities, and for the purpose of ensuring that the Customer’s signed-off wind tunnel capabilities and flying proficiencies are consistent with the activities the Customer wishes to undertake.
The Company will disclose information to a third party if required to do so by law, directive or other act of the authorities.
14. Payment card information
Card details are stored in accordance with the rules of payment card companies.
15. Cookies
A prerequisite for using the full functionality of the Company’s website is that the Customer accepts the use of session cookies. If the Customer does not accept the use of cookies, they can change their web browser settings to reject cookies. The Company wishes to inform the customer that rejecting cookies may limit or disable certain functions.
16. Protected information
To prevent unauthorised access to protected data, and to ensure its integrity and correct use, the Company, together with a third party, has implemented physical, electronic and administrative security procedures to protect the data collected online. The data is protected in accordance with established security procedures and standards.
